Growing up in the bush at Telegraph Point and now living by the beach in Port Macquarie, Rachel draws from both landscapes to create her art.
Her contemporary style of Aboriginal art explores childhood memories and life journeys, blending tradition with a modern perspective.

Light Changes Everything is at Luminance Gallery Port Macquarie from 2 May to 30 May 2025. The exhibition includes two paintings by Rachel Cross. They are: Shine, acrylic on canvas, 91cm x 61cm; and Shallows, acrylic on canvas, 91cm x 61cm.
