Jo Davidson

Shifting Territory

4 March - 4 April 2026

Artist’s statement

“The Innocents are the most threatened by rampant human greed and profligate use of resources. They are the most awestruck by and reverent of the intricate majesty of life.

“These 10 ink drawings speak to vulnerability and disintegration caused by the violent monsters of greed, hypocrisy and corruption.

“The three paintings in Shifting Territory look past the point of prayer to detachment and the hum of being alive in a peaceful world. How blessed and privileged we are here.”
